Delivery information

We are proud to offer shipping with Australia post which covers up to 90% of Australian addresses with Standard and Express shipping.

Standard Delivery usually takes 2-4 business days.

Express delivery usually takes 1-2 business days

Western Australia & Tasmania customers expect an extra business day or two for parcels to be processed screening through biosecurity.

Picking & Dispatching

We all need to do our part for the environment & we love to minimise waste so We reuse box cartons that we get our fresh cut flowers with our partnered business . Only good boxes that are in good condition and sturdy for holding your precious flowers

Same Day Shipping - Orders placed before 9:00 AEST on business days will be dispatched on same day.
No shipping on weekends.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

Once we’ve send your order, you will receive an email with a tracking ID so you can track your parcel.

PICKUP

Sorry pickup is not possible at this time due to our workspace setup. 

Please Note - Australia post are normally very reliable, but sometimes, delays do happen. Once australia post has lodged the parcel pickup & given us the tracking number it’s out of our hands and we cannot be held responsible for any delays. In that case please check you tracking ID to see the latest updates.
